The Springwood Neighbourhood Centre relies on its committed and energetic volunteers to provide a range of services to the community. We are always keen to hear from people who are interested in volunteering. Wherever your talents or interests lie, we can find a use for them and a place for you!

Opportunities for volunteers at the Springwood Neighbourhood Centre include:

• Doing reception shifts on the front desk
• Fundraising in the community
• Visiting older people or people with disabilities in their home as part of the Volunteer Home Visitors Scheme
• Visiting people in residential care as part of the Community Visitors Scheme
• Helping to record the Talking Gazette
• Signing up for our Medical Transport team and driving people to appointments
• Tutoring members of our computer club.
