FUNctional Fitness is a Movement to Music for older people at your own pace in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It runs on Tuesdays from 9.30am until 10.30am at Faulconbridge Community Hall, 9-9A Home St, Faulconbridge.
Sessions are $10 per person.

Yoga and Relaxation is a welcoming group for senior women
facilitated by Elizabeth Godleman. It runs Wednesdays from 9.30am until 10.30am at Springwood Presbyterian Church hall.
Classes are $10.

Tai Chi QiGong is a group that is designed to improve general health and well-being, reduce mental stress and physical tension, cultivating relaxation and energy. It runs on Thursdays from 10am until 11am at the Green Room in the Hub, Springwood. It is $15 per session.

December: 2nd, 9th, 16th

Seated Yoga is a weekly class of gentle yoga movements while seated facilitated by Carly Rowe. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. The class runs on Mondays 10am until 11am at the Green Room in the Hub, Springwood. The cost is FREE.

This group has its own COVID-19 Safety Plan, and only 8 participants are permitted at a time.
