My Health Connector Program

SNCC is part of the My Health Connector Program, which is focussed on reducing social isolation and loneliness of older people in our area. Our Drop In Centre is open every weekday. Drop in and enjoy a chat or bring friends and share a board game. We provide coffee and tea and there is the opportunity to sit quietly and read the paper of have a chat.
