SNCC offers a mix of social inclusion groups and activities aimed to increase community engagement, health and wellbeing and connection. Wish to know more? Check out our various groups below for information.

FUNctional Fitness

Focus on keeping flexible & fit in a fun way!

WHEN: Tuesdays 9:30am to 10:30am.

WHERE: Faulconbridge Community Hall, 9-9A Home St, Faulconbridge.

COST: $10 per class.

BOOKINGS: Just turn up and remember to bring your bottle of water, wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Shine Choir

SHINE Community Choir is a singing group for all ages and voices, so everyone is welcome!

WHEN: Mondays (during school terms) - 6:30pm to 8pm.

WHERE: Springwood Uniting Church Hall, 4 Lewin Street, Springwood.

COST: $3 each session.

BOOKINGS: Drop in.

A weekly class facilitated by Carly Rowe.

Class 2 has a greater focus on strength & flexibility.

WHEN: Mondays - 10:00am - 11:00am & 11.15am - 12.15pm (during school terms).

WHERE: Room 1, Springwood Sports Club, 83 Macquarie Rd, Springwood.

COST: $10 per class.

BOOKINGS: Essential, please register with SNCC reception.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi Qi-Gong

Reduce stress. Calm and ground yourself. 

WHEN: Thursdays, 10am to 11am. Dates vary, so please book.  

WHERE: Faulconbridge Community Hall, 9-9A, Home Street, Faulconbridge.

Join our friendly group for a weekly afternoon of card playing.

WHEN: Weekly on Fridays, 
1:00pm to 4:00pm.

A friendly round robin format means everyone gets a go in a safe space for all levels.

WHEN: 4th Thursday of the month.

WHERE: Presbyterian Church, Small Hall, Macquarie Rd, Springwood.

COST: $10/$7 (includes refreshments).

Quirky Creatives

A friendly facilitated group. Together, we explore various art materials and techniques, encouraging one another along the way. The focus is on trying new things, feeling confident to explore and having a chat. We enjoy collage, watercolour, pens/coloured pencils and charcoal.

WHEN: 11am to 1pm every Wednesday (during school term). 

WHERE:  Tanderra 14 Raymond Rd. Springwood 

COST: Free.

Crafts Activity
Springwood Crafters

A small yet friendly group that meets fortnightly. Bring your own craft, textile or repurposing project and join in the creative fun.

Kids Playing with Lego
In-Between Time

Inclusive and social time for free play with blocks, trains cars, toy animals.  Bubbles, chalk & blocks are outside the neighbourhood centre too. Simple morning tea supplied.

WHEN: 10.00am to 11.00am every Friday (during school terms). 

WHERE:  Room 1, Blue Mountains Theatre & Community Hub.

Crafternoons with MOCS

Inclusive program for neurodivergent young people, where creativity meets connection. Through playful expression, social development, and peer mentoring, participants thrive in a neuroaffirming, safe space designed just for them.

WHEN: 3.30pm to 5.00pm Every Tuesday (during school terms). 

WHERE:  Springwood Neighbourhood Centre. 

COST: Free.
