Seated Yoga
A weekly class facilitated by Carly Rowe.
Class 2 has a greater focus on strength & flexibility.
WHEN: Mondays - 10:00am - 11:00am & 11.15am - 12.15pm (during school terms).
WHERE: Room 1, Springwood Sports Club, 83 Macquarie Rd, Springwood.
COST: $10 per class.
BOOKINGS: Essential, please register with SNCC reception.

Tai Chi Qi-Gong
Reduce stress. Calm and ground yourself.
WHEN: Thursdays, 10am to 11am. Dates vary, so please book.
WHERE: Faulconbridge Community Hall, 9-9A, Home Street, Faulconbridge.
COST: Please check on booking.

Quirky Creatives
A friendly facilitated group. Together, we explore various art materials and techniques, encouraging one another along the way. The focus is on trying new things, feeling confident to explore and having a chat. We enjoy collage, watercolour, pens/coloured pencils and charcoal.
WHEN: 11am to 1pm every Wednesday (during school term).
WHERE: Tanderra 14 Raymond Rd. Springwood
COST: Free.

In-Between Time
Inclusive and social time for free play with blocks, trains cars, toy animals. Bubbles, chalk & blocks are outside the neighbourhood centre too. Simple morning tea supplied.
WHEN: 10.00am to 11.00am every Friday (during school terms).
WHERE: Room 1, Blue Mountains Theatre & Community Hub.
COST: Free.

Crafternoons with MOCS
Inclusive program for neurodivergent young people, where creativity meets connection. Through playful expression, social development, and peer mentoring, participants thrive in a neuroaffirming, safe space designed just for them.
WHEN: 3.30pm to 5.00pm Every Tuesday (during school terms).
WHERE: Springwood Neighbourhood Centre.
COST: Free.
