Jeanette Learned: Recently retired from Red Cross where she was developing their IT systems for aged care and other services. Strong governance background and a volunteer in a number of local organisations.
Dr Christine McLeod: also served on the previous SNCC board. Christine knows SNCC well as she is a volunteer at the front desk. She brings a strong background in leading mental health services in the local community and brings her capacity to consider complex issues and with a social justice perspective to the Board.
Bronwen Johnston : Results-driven MBA graduate with extensive leadership experience across diverse sectors, including not-for-profit, Government, Corporate, Healthcare, Tourism, and small business. Proven track record in organisational management, economic development, sales, marketing, and project management. A highly skilled executive with strong community connections in the Greater Blue Mountains area.
Jessica Ramsay BA (Psych) B Bus
With 10+ years leading customer experience, operations, and strategic initiatives across health tech, startups and professional services, Jessica specialises in translating complex strategies into clear narratives, designing services with implementation front of mind, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes. Jessica builds trust quickly with stakeholders at every level, from frontline staff to executives to external partners, through empathy, perspective-taking, and genuine curiosity about solving the right problems.
Barbara Gow: Long time volunteer with SNCC training digital mentoring, previous librarian and executive leadership roles.
Lynne Anderson: Background in business development and a volunteer for SNCC in reception area.
Dr Jenna Condie : Blue Mountains-based community organiser and university research leader at Western Sydney University, with a strong record of bringing people together around practical local needs, building durable partnerships and translating community experience into research, curriculum, policy advocacy and institutional change. I co-lead community initiatives in climate action, reuse and repair, and helped establish a community-led childcare organization Bub Hub Blue Mountains Inc. In my academic role at Western Sydney University, I build evidence from these initiatives, secure funding, convene cross-sector coalitions, contribute to policy submissions and create pathways for community knowledge to influence government, universities and service systems.
